Fees

Individual Session (50 minutes) $150

I accept cash, credit/debit cards, HSA cards, and checks.

Payment is due at the time of appointment.

Insurance: I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Premera, Lifewise, Kaiser PPO/First Choice, and HMA. If I am not an in-network provider for you, I am happy to provide you with a superbill as an out-of-network provider for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. However, you are responsible for verifying benefits prior to service, since not all insurance companies pay out-of-network providers.

Scheduling

Therapy is most effective when it occurs consistently over time. There is no single formula for how long the process takes—some people find relief in a few sessions, while for others, meaningful and lasting change unfolds over the course of years. If we decide we are a good fit to work together, I require weekly sessions during the first year, as this consistency helps establish a strong therapeutic foundation.

I schedule appointments on a regular, weekly basis because rhythm, continuity, and steady engagement are essential parts of the therapeutic process. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and is held with care and intention. Because this time cannot typically be filled on short notice, I require at least 24-hours notice for any cancellation. Appointments with less than 24-hour notice will be charged a late cancellation fee.

I offer in-person sessions at my office in West Olympia, Olympia.

I also offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation if you would like to connect, ask questions, and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
